The story is set in Lancaster and the surrounding area, but could easily be relocated to Manchester, which would suit me as that’s where I’m based. I’m one of those people who writes and submits scripts when they can, but whose progress is hampered by holding down a day job and looking after a fmaily in the meantime. I tend to have an even balance between writings scripts for film and for stage, and last year my play (LUCK OF THE DRAW) was shortlisted for the Nick Darke Award.

FROZEN PEAS TUMBLE DRYER requires minimum effects, no CGI and it’s optional whether pigeon taxidermy is required. As someone who married a Lancastrian, this script is a hello from me to the world my wife hails from. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.
